SHIPPING POLICY FOR PROVIDERS (SELLERS)

In Salon, we value the satisfaction of our Users and users and seek to ensure a positive and reliable shopping experience. For this reason, we have established a shipping policy for our Providers, in order to ensure a safe and timely delivery of the products offered.

  1. SHIPPING ZONES
  2. The shipping zone must be Palestine.

  3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
  4. As a Provider on Salon, you agree to process orders in a timely and efficient manner. The standard processing time for each order should not exceed 3 business days from the time of purchase, unless a different processing time is specified in the product description.

  5. SHIPPING METHODS
  6. We offer our Providers the flexibility to use different shipping methods to meet User’s needs. Be sure to provide reliable and secure shipping options, and provide detailed information about the shipping methods available, as well as estimated delivery times for each option. If necessary, you can offer express or trackable shipping services for customers who want faster delivery or more control over the status of their package.

  7. PACKAGING AND PRODUCT PROTECTION
  8. As a Provider, you are responsible for properly packing the products to avoid damage during shipping. Use appropriate packaging materials that protect the product from shock, moisture or other potential hazards during shipment. Be sure to include sufficient protective material in the package to prevent the product from moving or being damaged during shipping.

  9. TRACKING INFORMATION
  10. To provide a more transparent experience for Users, it is advisable to provide tracking information for all shipped orders. This way, Users will be able to track the status of their package and be aware of its location during shipment.

  11. SHIPPING DELAYS AND PROBLEMS
  12. If there are any delays or problems with the shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, we ask that you immediately inform the User of the situation and provide a new delivery estimate. If the shipment develops serious problems or is lost in transit, you agree to work with the User and the shipping companies to resolve the situation and provide an appropriate solution, such as refund or shipment of a new product.

  13. UPDATING SHIPPING INFORMATION
  14. It is critical to keep shipping information updated on the platform. If you make changes to your shipping methods or delivery times, be sure to update the information in a timely manner so that Users are properly informed.

  15. PROVIDER'S LIABILITY
  16. As a Provider on Salon, you assume responsibility for shipping and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. If you do not meet the processing or shipping times, or if the products arrive damaged due to improper packaging, Salon reserves the right to take action, such as penalties or restrictions on your Provider account.

    Remember that efficient and safe delivery contributes significantly to the satisfaction of our Users and to maintaining a positive reputation as a Salon Provider.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR USERS (BUYERS)

Thank you for shopping on the Salon platform, this shipping policy applies to products offered and published on the Salon platform by Providers.

Please note that the shipping of the products is the sole responsibility of each Provider, which may offer different types of shipping, shipping costs and shipping times. Please check the shipping information of each Provider before placing an order. In order to optimize delivery, we kindly ask the User to indicate an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.

  1. SHIPPING ZONES
    • Orders will be shipped throughout Palestine.

    Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Sunday through Thursday from 8 am to 8 pm). For security reasons we do not ship to PO Boxes or military bases. Orders will not be accepted when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and his address.

  2. SHIPPING COSTS
    • Shipping costs may depend on the place of delivery of the order and the rates set by the shipping companies and will be calculated and shown to the User when placing the order.
  3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
    • 1 - 3 business days
    • Order processing will take place Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

      Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

  4. SHIPPING TIMES
    • Shipping times will depend on the place of delivery of the order and the shipping times established by the shipping companies.
  5. ORDER TRACKING
  6. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order. Please be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.

  7. DELAYS
  8. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to natural or uncontrollable events. In addition, we are not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

  9. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
  10. If at the time of delivery, the User is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any responsible person, the product must be returned to the respective Provider and additional shipping charges may apply.

  11. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
  12. We are not responsible for and do not issue refunds for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or obsolete delivery addresses. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address. If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.

  13. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
  14. We recommend that Users provide a secure delivery address, for example, their home or workplace. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to insecure delivery addresses.

  15. SHIPPING COMPLETED
  16. Each delivery is considered completed from the moment the product is delivered to the User, which is possible to verify thanks to the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed" or "delivered".
